- Clarify MS Press book required for 70-623 MCITP certification I am considering doing the MCITP 70-623 certification. I have bought the Microsoft Press recommended text book MCITP Self paced training (70-623) :Supporting and troubleshooting apps on a win vista client for consumer support technicians. A[[erently this is all I need, but I am not sure. In the text book it is not clear if it covers the pre requesite exam 70-620. According to the MS Prep Guide they only refer to this text book but it is not clear to me whether I need to now purchase the text book for 70-620, do that exam first and then start studying the 70-623 text. Can someone please clarify this? Thanks

- Good Afternoon, i am a store manager for a Horticultural Supplier, and have a huge interest in modern technology. I have no Qualifications to my name and find myself looking to do some courses to get some certifications. I know the basics of driving a computer and with the help online manage to sort any problems that may arise both at work and at home. At work ocver the last several years i have helped out where i can in the IT dept, Installing, setting up and repairing our companies system, although at a very basic level. I was offered recently the chance to do some part time courses during the winter period while its quiet at work, and this is where i find myself wondering..... I have signed up to the microsoft E-Learning site but i find most of the topics to be abit ahead of me, - Can anyone give me some tips on where to start and what courses for beginners i should focus on to get toward an eventual goal of MCSE Certification. I enjoy the engineering and maintenence side of things
